1. No Returns

All sales made at Mystery Cafe SPS LLC are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on food, beverages, or merchandise once the transaction is completed.

2. Perishable Goods

In accordance with health and safety regulations, perishable items (such as prepared coffee, pastries, and meals) cannot be returned or resold; therefore, we cannot offer refunds on these items.

3. Order Accuracy

We encourage customers to check their orders at the time of pickup or delivery. If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please alert our team immediately so we can rectify the error on the spot.
